Shipping Policy

At HTX Restaurant Equipment, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

  • We offer freight shipping throughout the continental United States.

  • Free freight shipping is available only on certain brands and applies only to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift.

  • Liftgate service is available for an additional $70 fee.

  • Residential deliveries incur additional fees and must be arranged prior to shipment.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

  • Processing times vary depending on product availability, lead times, and manufacturer location.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.


3. Freight Inspection Requirement

  • You must inspect your shipment for visible and concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If any damage or shortage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

  • Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may result in denial of a freight claim.


4. Risk of Loss

  • All shipments are FOB (Free On Board) origin — risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier.

  • HTX Restaurant Equipment is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Inside Delivery & White Glove Service

  • Inside delivery and white glove service are not included in the price.

  • Neither HTX Restaurant Equipment nor the freight carrier is responsible for arranging these services unless pre-approved.

  • Always contact us for a quote before ordering if you require inside delivery, white glove service, or other special handling.


6. Special Shipping Requests

  • Any special delivery requirements (appointment scheduling, limited access locations, school/hospital/military base deliveries, etc.) must be arranged prior to shipment and may incur additional fees.
