3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

• Payments must be made in full before order processing.

• Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free freight shipping applies only to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift.

• Liftgate service is available for an additional fee.

• Residential deliveries will incur additional fees and must be arranged prior to shipment.

• Customers must inspect all freight for visible and concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt.

• Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Failure to note damage at delivery may result in denial of a damage claim.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
