Important Delivery Inspection Notice

If damage is found, take photos immediately and contact HTX Restaurant Equipment within 24 hours. Failure to note freight damage or shortages on the delivery paperwork may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Once the equipment has shipped, been delivered, installed, connected, modified, or used, it is not eligible for return under any circumstance.
