At HTX Restaurant Equipment, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your commercial equipment purchase, please review our return policy below.

General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for most new, unused equipment within 15 days of delivery.

  • Commercial Use Only: Equipment must have been used for commercial purposes only. Equipment used in residential settings is not eligible for return.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition, including all manuals, accessories, and parts.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to all returns.

  • Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at 281-954-3307 or Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or special-order equipment

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified

  • Equipment not in original packaging

  • Clearance or “as-is” items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Please ensure returned items are securely packaged and insured. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
