Designed to be efficient and reliable for high-volume operations, this 15.5" wide fryer includes four 30,000 BTU tube burners with stainless steel fry pot rated for 50 lb. of oil capacity. Four tube burner design with baffles ensures optimal heat transfer and rapid temperature recovery. The built-in thermostat provides precise temperature control from 200°F to 400°F. Slanted bottom with full-port drain valve makes draining and cleaning simple and efficient. Units feature continuous pilot ignition system and separate manual gas shutoffs for front servicing. Professional installation required by licensed technician.
